My Story
I live in a small town just outside of Quad Cities located 160 miles due east of Chicago along the Mississippi River. My husband Ron died by suicide January 4, 2001. Almost 3 years later I have begun to try to find ways to help survivors like me. There are no organized suicide support groups in this area, which I cannot believe. I look forward to establishing an ongoing support group in my area so that next year this can definitely be a group project.
