My Story
Six months ago, my 17 year old son took his own life. His name was also Phillip. It was such a shock that I am still finding it hard to come to terms with. The Memory Tree creates awareness around these issues, something which I’m trying to do.

My son’s nickname was “Pip.” The group we have organized is called the Pips Project—Public Initiate to Promote Awareness of and Prevent Self-harm and Suicide.
